At Terminus we are fully committed to Terminus equipment after installation and commissioning, whether at home or abroad. In Lebanon our service department consists of respectful service teams working locally all over the country. Our mobile service system covers the most common spare parts in all areas, assuring service to our customers within 24 h. Additionally, we make service contracts and kitchen analysis for minimizing total after-sales costs and assuring a continuously smooth kitchen operation. For our international partners and subsidiaries we have language-skilled, dedicated personnel to provide spare parts and technical support. For new partners / on new products we provide individual installation and service training at our factory at the premises of our partners. Continuous Training. Along with new equipment and product development we provide our service personnel continuous product training. This way we can make sure that our customers receive accurate and up-to-date after-sales service.

Technical Drawings
Terminus kitchen planners produce quickly and efficiently complete CAD-drawings on individual products as well as kitchen projects, including information on dimensions, water-, drainage- and electrical connections. On special request, we can also provide 3D- drawings to illustrate specific solutions
